Refund & Return Policy

At Exotic Diamonds, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
  • An unboxing video is recommended for claims related to missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your Order Number and reason for return.
  3. Attach clear images of the product if applicable.
  4. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery in the following situations:

Damaged Item Received Replacement with the same item
Incorrect Item Received Replacement with the correct item
Manufacturing Defect Replacement or store credit

If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value or issue store credit.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Mention your Order Number.
  3. Specify the reason for exchange.
  4. Attach clear photos of the item.
  5. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved products.
  • Products purchased during final clearance or special sale events (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the standard return policy will apply.
